Andrew Pester , 3rd year architectural student has joined me in this part of the project. Our task was to find a daylit museum or place of worship which is complex enough for two people to model and provide at least six different images which could be rendered using daylight.

The building should not have been modelled in a previous year, and it was necessary to be able to find enough information, plans, elevations, sections and images of the building to model it with some degree of accuracy. After a significant amount of thought and searching, Andrew came across the Monastery of Novy Dvur , a wonderful building by John Pawson and we set about meeting the requirements and seeking approval.
